1.No Return / No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Size, color, or design preference issues
2.Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Products Only)
We only consider replacement/refund requests if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 2 days of delivery
- You must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Full unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances
3.What is NOT Considered Damage
The following are not valid reasons for return or refund:
- Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Minor stitching or finishing variations
- Small size or measurement differences (if mentioned in product description)
4.Resolution Process
If your claim is approved:
- We may offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to decide the appropriate resolution.
5.Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The time taken for the amount to reflect depends on your bank/payment provider
6.Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept claims if:
- The request is made after 2 days of delivery
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery
- No proper proof (photos/video) is provided
7.Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- Cancellation requests will only be considered before dispatch
